One more thing.....we were able to kind of surprise a few of you with this exciting news....ok, exciting for me at least. Tyler spoiled me and got the yard fenced in. I absolutely love it! I guess he cared about my sanity of trying to keep track of 4 little ones now. Thanks again and again sweetie!!!

Ahhh...young love
Ryan is now a married man. It was a good celebration. We discovered that Reed is quite the romancer. The older boys thought dancing with girls was gross. Reed was all for it! He calls aunt Alyssa his girlfriend.
Parade Fun
I was part of the committee in our ward to put together a float for the Lehi parades they do as part of the rodeo here. Our theme was 'Mary Poppins..There is the whole world at your feet'. The boys were penguins and got to ride on the float. We were in the kids miniature parade and then the grand parade the following day. It was a fun experience. It was good for these shy boys to be in front of a lot of people. They said...and I quote.." we get to wave, drink water and eat candy...it is lots of fun!"
Dad and I could use your help. As most of you know we are going to Hyrum Reservior
for Youth Conference. Our theme is "O Ye that embark in the service of your God, see that ye serve Him with all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day." We are breaking up our 2 days into four sections and focusing on the heart, might, mind and strength. For the Mind part we are sending them on a scavenger hunt. At each destination they have to do some kind of activity that will test their knowledge or make them work together. If you could give us some ideas of activities (mind teasers, puzzles, etc) that have to do with the gospel or service, we would sure appreciate your help. Thanks so much. Love you all, mom and dad!

8 miles
8 mile run at 6:00pm in 90° weather... seems insane but really it's just desperation. When you're a mom of young kids you go when you can go. And look how thoughtful, they put my name on a sign at my half way mark.

We love Summer!!
What we've been up to so far this summer. Come visit!!!!!!! |
Trail head is 15 min. from the house. Trent took his dirt bike up for an afternoon ride. I think he's in heaven! |
Lots of hiking! |
Shop till we drop! |
Our house is smack dab in the middle of this picture, barely see it through the trees. |
"Marsh" mellow roasting on the deck |
Evening walk. We actually see our sunsets over the Eastern mountains, so cool!! |
Love watching our friends in the races. Dad's turn next year, as long as he stays in the back where its safe! :) |
Love hanging pots! |
Graduation party with friends! Marshall is heading down the slide with caution! haha! |
Tried to get a picture while I was running, sorry its blurry. This is the start of my running route, once I ride my bike down the mountain. |
Keep forgetting to share this pic. This was a typical meal when Grandma and Papa came to visit. All the boys had to sit on their laps every time we ate. :P |
I love this pic because I'm the only one with a normal look on my face. Bahahahahah! |
He is so excited to be in first grade now, because they get more homework!?! Something is wrong with this child. :) |

We got spoiled growing up

Yummers!
Hailey had her first taste of cereal today. She gobbled it up like a champ. She is happy to be eating with the rest of the family. Can't believe we are already at the age of introducing foods. Slow down...don't grow up so fast my baby!

A few pics because it's been awhile
My attempts at getting a 9 month old picture.
Swimming at the hotel in Salt Lake.
Busy Saturday! Both worn out.
This book had a picture of a little girl that Jett has to kiss when ever it gets to that page, it is cute.
He loves his books like his dad.
