4th of July Oakley Rodeo

Family,
I have talked a little to Heather and to Mom about this but wanted to get everyone's take on it. We thought it would be fun to try and go to the 4th of July Oakley Rodeo this year since we will be up at the cabin around that time. The tickets are $15 dollars, I know that is a bit steep in price. I guess it is one of the biggest in the west so they can charge a lot. (They only have the one price so I do not know of that is children also or not, you could check it out http://www.oakleycity.com/)But I wanted to see how many would be interested in going or not going. So depending on what you all say we can get tickets soon, or not, either way. Let me know! Thanks!

Oh happy day!

Tyler slaved away for about 8 hours yesterday putting the new playset together. His bros came by for a bit to help and lend moral support. I think Ty suffered from a bit of heat exhaustion by the end of the day. What a good dad. The boys love it. Can't wait to get the sand instead of weeds. And take down the old playset! Yeah!

Thoughts on Cabin meals!

No suggestions yet for meals at the cabin?  I have some tortillas that will need to be used, so I was thinking maybe chimichongas might be good for Saturday night.  Als,o unless we are celebrating Porters birthday that night and wanted to give dad a Father's Day treat we could make strawberry rubarb pie. Just some ideas, let me know what you think

Hello family,  it looks like Dad and I will be comming to the cabin sometime on friday, hopefully in the morning.  What should we do for meals?  I left some chicken at Corinne's , I could have her bring that and we could do something with that, but I'm game for whatever .  Just let me know!
